i-teachers are currently working with a brilliant secondary school located in the Wolverhampton area who are eager to add a dedicated Student Learning Mentor to their superb teaching support department able to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a group of secondary students in  a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

Student Learning Mentor – Role Information:

• Student Learning Mentor – Based in KS4 department
• Providing 1:1 support to KS4 students with SEMH needs
• Creating tailored academic support outside of classroom environment
• Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
• Monday to Friday role at one school for remainder of academic year
• Paid £475 per week during term time – Online CPD courses included

Student Learning Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about a career working with children
• Warm and outgoing individual
• Eager to gain first-hand school based experience
