Teacher of English – Role Information:

• Teacher of English
• Located in Washington (NE38)
• Permanent position beginning September 2024
• MPS – UPS per annum + TLR available for experienced candidate
• Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers
• Working across KS3 & KS4 department
• Providing superb English subject learning experiences
• Reporting to the Head of English department

Teacher of English – Applicant Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary English
• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Good or better prior teaching observations
• Incoming ECT’s and experienced teachers welcome to apply
• Naturally outgoing and inspiring individual
• Brilliant classroom management skills
• Ability to build strong rapport with your students
