Your role will be to support teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons. Responsibilities will include the preparation of workshop apparatus/equipment and materials as required, advising and assisting in the preparation of practical’s and controlled assessments, maintenance and cleaning of equipment after use. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to supervise and assist students during lessons, working with the class teacher to develop and deliver lessons. You will gain valuable experience working with students in a group setting as well as on a 1:1 basis, you will assist in the development of students with varied abilities and levels of learning.

You will need to have a strong understanding of your core subject as well as being able to demonstrate adaptability and excellent communication skills.
