Graduate Teaching Assistant Post

  • Receive interview preparation before visiting a school
  • Earn up to £300 per week
  • Work school hours – Monday – Friday
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

For this exciting opportunity to become a primary teaching assistant you must have achieved at least a 2:1 grade in your recent degree.  Ideally you will have some previous experience working with young people, but not necessarily within a classroom environment. The school are keen to meet a graduate who has the desire to become a Teacher and who can provide group support to students.

The role of a primary teaching assistant will involve you working closely with teachers and students. You will assist with numeracy and literacy interventions, in addition to this you will assist the class teacher in lessons ensuring progress is being made.
