Person Specification – Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

The ideal candidate for this Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Position is an enthusiastic and supportive individual with a real passion for education and a desire to become a teacher. You must have graduated with a 2:1 or higher in your degree and have a good academic background. You do not necessarily need school based experience however working with children in other environments would be advantageous.

You will work specifically with Key Stage 2 pupils (aged 7-11) ensuring that they are making good progress in class. Your specific degree will come in handy to specialise in this provide 1:1 support for those who may be struggling. This is a fun, creative and happy school which any graduate would be lucky to be a part of.
