1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant  – The Role and Benefits:

• Full time, paid position (term time only) £375-£450 per week

• Offer support on a 1:1 basis and give feedback to teacher
• General Teaching Assistant duties may also be required to support the class teacher

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant  – Personal Specification

• 2:1 or above (Psychology degree preferred)
• Excellent academic background
• Genuine interest and passion for SEN education
• Patient and engaging personality
• Ability to use own initiative to support the welfare and education of children
• Previous experience working in schools would be advantageous
