Physics Graduate Learning Mentor – The Role:

• Physics Graduate Learning Mentor
• Working within the Physics department with different classes
• Supporting students’ learning on a 1:1 and group basis
• Assisting Physics teachers with lesson delivery
• Planning and delivering Physics intervention sessions
• Helping students with exam preparation

Physics Graduate Learning Mentor – The Benefits:

• Paid £300 – £350 per week, term time only
• Full-time role for the rest of the academic year
• Ideal experience for aspiring Physics teachers

Physics Graduate Learning Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Ideally a 2:1 or above Physics related degree
• Strong academic background, particularly in Physics and Maths
• Good A Levels and GCSEs
• Experience tutoring or working with young people would be highly beneficial
• Passionate about Physics and education
• Desire to encourage others to take an interest in Physics
