Autism Graduate Support Assistant – Person Specification:

• Autism Graduate Support Assistant- graduate role
• 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or relatable subject
• Strong academic background (A-Levels & GCSE’s)
• Passionate about education and SEN
• Passionate about working with young children and helping them develop academically and emotionally
• Thinking of becoming a teacher or Ed Psych in the future
• SEN experience is desirable
• Autism experience is desirable

Autism Graduate Support Assistant – The Role:

• Autism Graduate Support Assistant- Graduate role
• Paid £345 – £470 per week
• Working on a 1:1 basis with a child with Autism
• Differentiate according to individual needs
• Support children who have challenging behaviour
• Also support children who have special educational needs (SEN)
