Person Specification – Core Subject Learning Mentor 

• Degree in a core subject from a Russell Group university
• Previous tutoring/mentoring experience
• Strong academic background e.g A Levels in relevant subjects
• Aspiring teacher
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate, adaptable, and resilient individual
