• Behaviour Mentor – English – Full time role
• English related degree
• Starting ASAP – Full time, long term role
• Monday – Friday hours
• Paid between £69- 96 per day (term time)
• Working closely with the inclusion team
• Work 1:1 with pupils who need support as a Behaviour Mentor – English
• Deliver lesson content to a group 7 pupils maximum
• Create lesson plans
• Resilient and determined role model needed
• Provisions in BD7

Behaviour Mentor – English – PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Behaviour Mentor – English – Full time
• Degree essential!
• 2:1 or above in your degree is ideal
• Passion for Education
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience with challenging behaviour is required for this Behaviour Mentor – English role
• Ability to build relationships with pupils with behavioural needs
• Attention to detail, bubbly, thick skinned, can build connections and take banter!
