Pastoral Support Manager

Pastoral Support Manager – The Role

  • Long-term, full-time role
  • £360 to £400 per week term time only
  • Support and liaise with parents daily
  • Work closely with external agencies
  • A Pastoral Support Manager will support school staff dealing with incidents

Pastoral Support Manager – Person Specification

  • Minimum 2:2 degree
  • Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
  • Caring and patient manner
  • Previous experience working with students and supporting them
  • Passionate about promoting the physical and emotional well-being of young people

Pastoral Support Manager – The School

  • A secondary school deeply part of a Multi Academy Trust
