Autism Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:
- Minimum 2:2 degree
- Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
- Patient, diligent, and proactive manner
- Work independently and as a team
- Communicate clearly with students, staff & parents
- Prior SEN / education experience
- Knowledge of Makaton is desirable
