SEN Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

  • Minimum 2:2 degree
  • Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
  • Patient, diligent, and proactive manner
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior SEN / education experience
  • Knowledge of Makaton is desirable
