• Cover lessons and learn how to create and maintain a calm learning environment
• Plan and deliver interventions sessions
• Provide 1:1 support to students who need it
• Become a valued member of the team and the school’s community
• Run your very own enrichment activities
• Receive training from the school

Step into Teaching – Person Specification

• Graduate with a 2:1 classification or higher
• Strong subject knowledge – core subjects desirable
• Drive to inspire the next generation
• Ambition and can-do attitude
• Excited to start teaching from day 1
• Previous experience working with children and young people
• Clear commitment to education and teaching
