SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant – The Role

  • SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant
  • Providing tailored support to pupils
  • Paid £300 to £350 a week term time only
  • Long-term, full-time placement
  • Work with children in the classroom, on a group or 1:1 basis
  • Making a positive difference to young people’s lives

SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant – Person Specification

  • SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant
  • Minimum 2:2 degree
  • Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Passion for education and wanting to make a change
  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Patient and caring manner
