Do you want the opportunity to work inside of a specialist SEMH school providing 1:1 & small group support to KS3 & KS4 students as a Graduate Teaching Assistant?

A superb secondary academy based in LE15 is looking to find an outgoing, supportive and naturally warm recent graduate able to provide exceptional 1:1 & group support for there students across their KS3 & KS4 department. In the role, you will have the opportunity to work both inside and out of the classroom creating and conducting vital intervention support sessions for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

In this role, you will earn £86 per day during term time and have access to a free subject enhancement course on the online CPD college in topics such as Dyslexia, Autism and Mental Health awareness. The role will start in January and end in July 2023 at the and of the academic year, with the option to continue upon performance review.

• Minimum 2:1 university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Interested in a career within education
