A superb Primary School based just outside of Nottingham city centre is looking for a hard-working and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 department for the coming academic year. In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be providing exceptional 1:1 & group support to a Year 1 pupil both inside and out of the class whilst following a carefully structured EHCP.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology or Childhood Studies based degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working alongside young children
  • Passionate and supportive personality
  • Outgoing and hard-working attitude
  • Excellent organisation & communication skills
  • Interested in progressing into Psychology based sector

SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

  • Based inside of a Key Stage 1 department
  • Beginning January 2023
  • Monday to Friday role ending July 2023
  • Working Hours: 08.30am – 15:00pm
  • Working inside and out of classroom
  • Paid £410 per week during term time only
