Primary Learning Support Assistant – Graduate Role
This oversubscribed school in Camden are looking for a Primary Learning Support Assistant to join their team immediately to support their more vulnerable students by leading nurturing interventions.

Do you have experience of supporting children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and would like to secure a long term role starting immediately?
Perhaps you are thinking of going into a career in teaching, social work or educational psychology, and want to gain paid experience supporting children with SEN/communication needs in a school setting?
Primary Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting the Learning Support/SEN team with interventions

About You:
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Enthusiastic and Supportive individual
- Commitment to the development of pupils
- Previous experience working with SEN/Autism
- Degree desirable but not essential if you have vast experience
About the Role:
- Work 1:1 with pupils with additional needs
- Support in the classroom to help pupils fulfil their potential
- Ideal post before taking up teacher training/educational psychology
- Previous experience of SEN/communication strategies are highly advantageous
- Some students have social, emotional and mental health barriers to learning
