Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role

  • Graduate Behaviour Mentor (Unqualified role)
  • Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour needs
  • Paid school-based experience
  • Monday – Friday role
  • £330 to £360 per week
  • Long-term, full-time paid role in the same school
  • Be a Graduate Behaviour Mentor for children both in and out of the classroom

Graduate Behaviour Mentor- Person Specification

  • Minimum 2:2 degree
  • Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
  • A passion for education
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Love the idea of making a difference
  • A Graduate Behaviour Mentor will have a patient and caring manner

  • Central school in Walthamstow
  • Supportive leadership team
  • Good access to London transport
  • Inner city school making excellent academic progress
  • Excellent SEN resources and facilities
  • Strong SENCo leadership with opportunities for your further development
