Autism Graduate 1:1 Mentor – The Role:
- Secondary Autism Graduate 1:1 Assistant- Graduate role
- Work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Autism
- Support children who have special educational needs/ challenging behaviour
- Differentiate according to individual needs
- Work in a lovely secondary school in Sunderland, SR3
- Communicate excellently with the SEND team
Secondary Autism Graduate 1:1 Assistant– Person Specification:
- 1stclass or 2:1 degree in Psychology or relatable subject
- Strong academic background (A-Levels & GCSEs)
- Passionate about education and SEN
- Thinking of becoming a teacher or Educational Psychologist in the future
- Autism experience is desirable
