Science Subject Tutor – Nottingham

A wonderful secondary academy is looking to find a hard-working, outgoing and motivated recent Science subject graduate to help provide vital 1:1 & small group support across the Science subject in preparation for GCSE examinations this summer. You’ll be following a structured curriculum programme whilst tailoring sessions to the needs of your student inside and out of the classroom.

This is a Monday to Friday role beginning immediately and ending in July 2023. The role pays £90 per day during term time, with the option to access a free subject enhancement knowledge course via our partnership with the online CPD college on topics such as Children’s Safeguarding, Mental Health Awareness and Managing Challenging Behaviour In The Classroom.

• Minimum 2:1 Science subject based degree
• Strong academic background
• Passionate about your specialist subject
• Naturally supportive and outgoing personality
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Interested in progressing into a career within education
