Person specification
This role is ideal for a resilient, patient and committed graduate with a 2:1 or above degree who is keen to gain more school based experience. This role would suit an aspiring Secondary Teacher or Educational Psychologist keen to enhance your CV. Ideally you will have relevant experience working with children either through voluntary placements at university or paid roles. Experience of working with vulnerable children would be advantageous but not essential.
About the role
This role involves joining the schools fantastic inclusion team. The school have an excellent support system in place for children who may have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Every child will follow a curriculum matched to their needs and a wide range of strategies are used to support the children. This is truly excellent experience for any graduate keen to build a career in education.
