Physics Subject Tutor – Nottingham – Secondary – Full Time – Immediate Start!

Are you a recent Physics based graduate with a passion for education, and a desire to gain vital first-hand tutoring experience in your specialist subject this academic year?

Do you want the opportunity to work with KS3/KS4 students planning and providing 1:1 & small group support sessions inside and out of the classroom as a Physics Subject Tutor?

An excellent secondary academy based in Nottingham is looking to find a knowledgeable, dedicated and outgoing Physics Subject Tutor to work across their KS3 & KS4 departments planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support sessions based inside and out of the classroom. You will be basing sessions around the schools Science based curriculum, focusing on topics that students are struggling with.

In this role as a Physics Subject Tutor, you will earn £87 per day during term time in a Monday to Friday role with the working hours being from 08.30am until 15.00pm. You will also have access to our partnership with the Online CPD College, and a free subject enhancement knowledge course on topics such as safeguarding, SEN and Managing Challenging Behaviour In The Classroom.

Physics Subject Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Physics subject based degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring or working with children
• Naturally outgoing and dedicated personality
• Brilliant organisation & communication skills
• Patient regarding pupils progress
