Learning Support Assistant – Swadlincote – EYFS – Starting ASAP – Ending July 2023 – Full Time

Are you a recent Psychology or Education Studies based graduate with a passion for education, and a desire to gain vital first-hand SEN based experience as a Learning Support Assistant?

Do you want the opportunity to work inside of a wonderful EYFS department, planning and conducting 1:1 support session for a child in need of a consistent support system?

Maybe you’re looking for a Monday to Friday role inside of an excellent Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant until the end of the academic year?

A fantastic primary school located in Swadlincote is keen to find an outgoing, dedicated and naturally engaging Learning Support Assistant to help provide excellent care and support for a child within their EYFS department beginning immediately until the end of the academic year.

This is a Monday to Friday position beginning immediately and ending in July 2023, with an £83 per day term time salary. You will also have access to our partnership with the Online CPD College, with a free subject enhancement knowledge course on topics such as Safeguarding, Mental Health Awareness and SEN.

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology or Education Studies related degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Excellent organisation & communication skills
• Able to support active & energetic children
• Passionate about a career working with young children
