Primary SEN Teacher x2 – Gateshead

We wish to appoint highly motivated, enthusiastic teachers with a positive attitude and high expectations of themselves and others.

You will ideally have experience of working with pupils with SEND and able to provide a challenging and enjoyable education for our pupils.

You must be able to work as part of a team, including multidisciplinary professionals and parents/carers.

We are looking for teachers who are committed and enthusiastic, with good organisational and communication skills.

Primary SEN Teacher – The Role:

  • £28 800 to £38 810 per Annum + SEN allowance £2,384
  • Delivering a specific educational programme to SEN children
  • Children aged 2-11
  • Severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties
  • Supported by trained LSA’s and committed SLT
  • Full-time role
  • September start or before

Primary SEN Teacher – The School:

Primary SEN Teacher – Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Passion for supporting pupils holistically
  • SEN experience, specifically Autism
  • Warm and welcoming personality
