• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Located in Lincoln (LN1)
• Based inside of KS2 department
• Providing 1:1 & small group support to KS2 children with ASD
• Creating engaging and inspiring support sessions
• Working around Education Health Care Plan
• Being proactive and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Education Studies or Psychology based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young children
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Brilliant organisation & communication skills
• Outgoing and proactive during the school day
• Able to keep pupils focused and engaged
• Patient regarding pupils progress
