The school wants to see graduates who have excelled in their studies with a 1^st or 2:1 degree and preferably from a Russell Group University. As a Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be allocated a class group and you will spend your time supporting the teacher in the class and planning and preparing lessons to ensure every lesson is an enjoyable and stimulating experience.

In addition, you will deliver 1:1 and group sessions with pupils who need further support. You must have a strong academic background to deliver across the curriculum as a Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant
