Graduate Academy Tutor – Role Information:

• Monday to Friday role – Full academic year
• September 2023 start
• Paid £420 – £430 per week during term time
• Located in Newcastle (NE1)
• Based across academies KS3 & KS4 department
• Providing vital 1:1 & small group support sessions
• Planning and conducting sessions based on students needs
• Creating warm and engaging environment for students

Graduate Academy Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Incoming 2023 Core Subject, Humanities or MFL graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience tutoring, teaching, mentoring or volunteering
• Naturally outgoing and supportive personality
• Passionate about your specialist subject
• Interested in a career within secondary education
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with young people
