Primary Learning Mentor – Role Information:

• Monday to Friday role – Full academic year
• September 2023 start
• Paid £420 – £430 per week during term time
• Located in Wallsend (NE27)
• Based across academies KS1 & KS2 department
• Working alongside class teacher during lesson time
• Helping prepare and conduct class lessons
• Creating warm and engaging environment for pupils

Primary Learning Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Incoming 2023 Psychology, Neuroscience or Education graduates
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience tutoring, teaching, mentoring or volunteering
• Naturally outgoing and supportive personality
• Passionate about your specialist subject
• Interested in a career within primary education
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with young people
