We are looking to appoint a patient and remarkable person who can fill the role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at a well-established school in the heart of Tower Hamlets.

Do you have extensive experience working as an HLTA and now looking to progress and become a Lead HLTA for behaviour?

Are you looking for a role where you can utilise your degree and experience in an educational setting?

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the class teacher to ensure all children are integrated into the curriculum and making good progress.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant- The Role

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Assist class teachers in lessons
• Monday to Friday
• Long-term role until at least July 2023
• Give 1:1 support for pupils and track their academic progress
• Supporting behaviour
• £90 to £120 per day term time
• Amazing opportunity for an aspiring teacher

Higher Level Teaching Assistant- Person Specification

• A minimum of 2:1 degree
• Excellent academic results e.g. A-Levels
• As a Learning Support Assistant you will need a patient and caring manner
• Experience working with children e.g. Tutor
• Passionate about education
• Great subject knowledge
