Pastoral Support Coach – Role Information:

• Pastoral Support Coach
• Located in Gateshead (NE2)
• Paid £420 – £430 per week during term time only
• FREE subject enhancement knowledge course via Online College
• Full Time – Monday to Friday role
• Full academic year – Beginning September 2023
• Based inside of one secondary school – KS3 & KS4 department
• Providing vital 1:1 support to students with SEMH needs
• Following carefully structured Education Health Care Plan
• Working outside of classroom environment

Pastoral Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Psychology or Education Studies based degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young children
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about a career within education
• Patient and understanding regarding progress of children
