Graduate Science Tutor

This fantastic position for a Graduate Science Tutor at a wonderful high school based in Hertfordshire, will see you assisting and supporting in the teaching of the school’s incredibly broad and balanced curriculum within an experienced department of Science teachers. You will benefit from their guidance and produce excellent teaching experiences for students there. You will assist in a variety of different Science classes to support the delivery of the curriculum.  Also, you will lead your own intervention tutor classes on a 1:1 and small group basis.

The school do not require you to have a huge amount of experience working with young people but they do request that you will need to be extremely enthusiastic, good communication skills, have a passion for your subject and the natural ability to build relationships with people.

Also, this is an extremely high achieving secondary school that is fully invested in both staff and students which is reflected in the facilities and support provided to both. The school is devoted to the development of outstanding graduates seeking a career in education.

In terms of location and accessibility, the school is situated nearby regular transport links to Barnet and Hertfordshire. The school also have their own car park which would suit if you had your car for transportation.
