Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

• Monday to Friday role – Based inside of one secondary academy
• Located in Kettering (NN14)
• Working across schools KS3 & KS4 department
• Paid £85 per day during term time only
• Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support sessions
• Creating safe and comfortable environment for students
• Following carefully structured Education Health Care Plan

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Incoming 2023 Psychology or Education studies based graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Outgoing and proactive individual
• Passionate about supporting young people with SEN
• Ability to develop immediate rapport with children
