Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

• Learning Support Assistant
• Located in Bourne (PE10)
• September 2023 Start
• Full academic year – Monday to Friday role
• Paid £420 – £440 per week during term time
• FREE Online CPD College course – SEN, Mental Health & Behaviour
• Providing 1:1 & small group support to young children in KS2
• Creating engaging and inspiring learning support sessions
• Following carefully structured Education Health Care Plan

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Incoming 2023 Psychology or Education Studies based graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young children
• Passionate about a career in SEN education
• Naturally outgoing and supportive personality
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of team
