SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• Full time – Monday to Friday role
• One primary school for full academic year
• Located in Market Harborough (LE16)
• Paid £420 – £440 per week during term time only
• Free access to online CPD college course based in education
• Planning and conducting 1:1 support sessions for children with SEN
• Analysing and supporting students with topics they struggle with
• Being patient and supportive throughout the school day

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Incoming 2023 Psychology, Education or Neuroscience based graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring or volunteering
• Naturally supportive and engaging personality
• Passionate about providing all-round support to young people
• Ability to develop instant rapport with students
• Good organisation & communication skills
