• Monday to Friday role – Based in one secondary academy
• September 2023 – July 2024
• Located in Jarrow (NE31)
• Paid £440 per week during term time only
• Providing 1:1 & small group support in English subject
• Creating sessions tailored around students weak points
• Working both inside and out of the classroom across KS3 & KS4

• Minimum 2:1 English subject based graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Passionate about the English subject
• Naturally engaging and outgoing personality
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Patient and understanding regarding students progress
