Primary Teaching Assistant – Benefits:

Primary Teaching Assistant – Role:

• Working on a 1:1/small group basis with KS1 and KS2 pupils
• Differentiate according to individual student needs
• Support students who have challenging behaviour
• Provide classroom based support
• Communicate excellently with various stakeholders

Person Specification – Primary Teaching Assistant:

• 1^st or 2:1 degree in a core subject
• Passionate about education
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels and GCSEs
• Thinking of becoming a teacher in the future
• Paid or voluntary experience working with children is desired
