Primary Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• Primary Teaching Assistant
• Located in Jesmond (NE2)
• Based in warm and welcoming primary school
• Monday to Friday role – 08.30am – 15.00pm
• Paid £440 per week during term time only
• Providing 1:1 support for KS1 pupil in SEN department
• Tailoring sessions to pupils Education Health Care Plan
• Creating engaging and supportive atmosphere for pupils

Primary Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Incoming 2023 Psychology or Education Studies graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Warm and proactive individual
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to develop immediate rapport with pupils
• Interested in a career within secondary teaching
