SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

  • Full academic year
  • Located in Leicester (LE1)
  • Based within one primary school
  • Paid £440 per week during term time
  • Working across KS1 & KS2 department
  • Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support
  • Tailoring sessions around pupils EHCP
  • Being a warm, supportive and proactive SEN support staff member

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies based graduate
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with young people
  • Naturally engaging and outgoing personality
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of team
  • Passionate about a career supporting young people
