Are you a recent Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies based graduate with an interest in progressing into a career as an Educational Psychologist?

A fantastic primary school based in the Hucknall area is looking to find a warm, engaging and naturally outgoing Pupil Support Mentor able to provide vital 1:1 & small group support to children in need of academic, social and emotional support based both inside and out of the classroom.

In this role as a Pupil Support Mentor, you will be tailoring sessions based around pupil’s academic needs inside of the classroom in the English, Maths & Science subject. You will earn £85 per day during term time in a Monday to Friday role scheduled for the full academic year, with free access to multiple online CPD courses on topics such as SEN, Safeguarding and Mental Health.

Pupil Support Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Recent Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies based graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Passionate about a career in working with children
• Naturally warm and outgoing individual
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with children quickly
