Person Specification – English Graduate Academic Mentor

• 1 or above in an English based degree
• Passion for Education and working with young people
• Inspiring and encouraging nature
• Previous experience working with pupils is advantageous
• Strong GCSEs and A-Levels
• Determination to become an English teacher
