Requirements – Science Graduate Intervention Specialist

• Minimum of 2.1 degree in Physics, Chemistry or Biology from a Russell Group university
• Previous tutoring/coaching experience is desirable
• Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
• Passion for Science and supporting young people
• Desire to pursue a career in education
• Engaging personality

Science Graduate Intervention Specialist- the role

• Full time, Monday- Friday school hours
• Assist pupils with a range of SEN
• Support across KS3-KS5 students with science interventions
• Inspire pupils via 1:1 and group sessions
• Work alongside a cohesive team of support staff
• Paid £77 – £108 per day before deductions
• Vital experience for budding science teachers
• Work closely with the lab technician
• Aid the classroom teacher during lessons
• Monitor and track pupil progress
• Free online CPD courses from i-teachers
