Requirements – Science Graduate Intervention Specialist
- Minimum of 2.1 degree in Physics, Chemistry or Biology from a Russell Group university
- Previous tutoring/coaching experience is desirable
- Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
- Passion for Science and supporting young people
- Desire to pursue a career in education
- Engaging personality
Science Graduate Intervention Specialist- the role
- Full time, Monday- Friday school hours
- Assist pupils with a range of SEN
- Support across KS3-KS5 students with science interventions
- Inspire pupils via 1:1 and group sessions
- Work alongside a cohesive team of support staff
- Paid £77 – £108 per day before deductions
- Vital experience for budding science teachers
- Work closely with the lab technician
- Aid the classroom teacher during lessons
- Monitor and track pupil progress
- Free online CPD courses from i-teachers
