An excellent secondary school located in the Oadby area is looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and naturally outgoing Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a KS3 student with special educational needs for the coming academic year in a full-time Monday to Friday role.
In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be planning and conducting tailored support sessions based inside and out of the classroom based around the students Education Health Care Plan.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:
- Learning Support Assistant
- Full academic year – Monday to Friday role
- Based in one secondary school
- Paid £430 per week during term-time
- FREE access to multiple online CPD college courses
- Located in Oadby (LE7)
- Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support for student with SEN
- Tailoring sessions based around students Education Health Care Plan

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Education Studies or Neuroscience degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with young people
- Naturally engaging and outgoing personality
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Passionate about supporting young people
