SENDCO Assistant – Role Overview:

  • Located in Birmingham (B10)
  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with SEN
  • Support SENDCO Lead
  • Foster the educational, emotional, and social development of these exceptional children
  • Employ a diverse range of teaching strategies tailored to individual needs
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • £450 – £475 weekly

SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree (Psychology related)
  • A good understanding of SEN
  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with SEN is desirable

  • Possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and a commitment to children’s well-being
  • A dedication to enhancing students’ educational experiences
