Graduate Subject Tutor – Role Information:

• Graduate Subject Tutor – ASAP Start!
• Located in Mopeth (NE61)
• Paid £430 per week during term time
• Based inside of ONE secondary school
• Full academic year – Monday to Friday role
• FREE online CPD college courses – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
• Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm
• Providing 1:1 & small group support across KS3 & KS4 department
• Tailoring support to students academic weak points
• Creating a warm and comforting environment

Graduate Subject Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject, Humanities or MFL degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Passionate about supporting young people’s mental health
• Outgoing and engaging individual
• Naturally supportive and patient
• Eager to gain first-hand school based SEMH experience
