Graduate Pastoral Support Mentor – Role Information:

• Graduate Pastoral Support Mentor
• Located in Nottingham (NG6)
• Based in one secondary school
• Paid £430 per week term time only
• Access to FREE online CPD college courses – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
• Supporting students with SEMH needs throughout school day
• Working with challenging students inside and out of class
• Creating warm and comfortable learning environment for students

Graduate Pastoral Support Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Education or Sociology based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Patient and resilient individual
• Ability to develop relationship with young people
• Passionate about a career working with young people
