A wonderful primary school based in the Stamford area is looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and naturally outgoing SEN Support Mentor to provide vital 1:1 & small group support to a child within their KS1 department for the academic year in a full-time role.

SEN Support Mentor – Role Information:

• Based inside of warm and inclusive primary school
• Located in Stamford (PE9)
• Providing 1:1 & small group SEN based support to a KS1 pupil
• Creating tailored support sessions based around Education Health Care Plans
• Helping to implement warm and comforting school environment
• Remaining patient & respective regarding student’s progress

SEN Support Mentor – Role Benefits:

• Paid £430 per week term time only
• Free access to multiple online CPD courses
• Full academic year – Based in one primary school
• Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
• Monday to Friday position – Ending July 2024
• Immediate Start – Interviewing ASAP!

SEN Support Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
• Passionate about the progression of young people
• Good organisation and communication skills
