SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

  • SEN Teaching Assistant – Starting ASAP
  • Located in North Shields (NE29)
  • Monday to Friday role – Usual school working hours
  • Full academic year – Based in one school
  • Paid £430 per week during term time only
  • Access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
  • Planning and conducting 1:1 SEN support for KS1 child

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with young people
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Eager to gain vital first-hand school based experience
  • Ability to develop rapport with young children
