SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Located in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire (NG16)
• Full academic year – Monday to Friday role
• Paid £430 per week during term time only
• Access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
• Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support for children with SEN
• Working with children both inside and out of classroom environment
• Tailoring support sessions to needs of child via Educational Healthcare Plan

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience volunteering, teaching or tutoring
• Passionate about the all-round development of young people
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Resilient and patient regarding progress of students
