A forward-thinking and progressive secondary academy based in the NG6 area is looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and resilient Pastoral Support Coach to provide vital academic, social and emotional support to student across their KS3 & KS4 department with behavioural issues.

Pastoral Support Coach – Role Information:

  • Pastoral Support Coach
  • Located in Nottingham (NG6)
  • Based in one secondary academy – Monday to Friday role
  • Working Hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
  • Paid £430 per week during term time
  • Access to FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
  • Providing 1:1 & small group pastoral support to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Working with challenging secondary students inside and out of class
  • Creating warm and comforting school environment for students

Pastoral Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with young people
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Passionate about a career working with young people
  • Naturally outgoing and inspiring individual
